Pongal & Gotsu breakfast

This Saturday morning, we woke up to the strains of "Sawariya" music on our home theater. From there on it was an enthu mood and we decided that it was going to be a South Indian menu for our breakfast.

After a quick discussion of our old favorities, it was the turn of Pongal and Gotsu. Searches for the recipes took us to the following two links:
